
Mindful Meditation Course
Meditation is an age-old practice to clear, calm and focus the mind. Today it’s often used to improve ‘mindfulness’, self-awareness and to achieve greater mental clarity and emotional calmness.
It’s a very individual practice that can be easily learnt and adopted as a daily health boost.
Leading and teaching guided meditations in small groups has been immensely enjoyable for all participants, and myself so far.
My 5-Week Mindful Meditation Course allows everyone to learn and experience for themselves the benefits of a meditation practice.

Guided Meditation
The course is 5 weeks long, and consists of a weekly group guided meditation. Groups are kept small for optimum learning. Scheduled at regular times, eg. Wednesday 4.30pm or Thursday 10am, the meditation classes run for 1 hour, and are very much focussed on individual outcomes.
You learn a number of beautiful meditations that leave lasting joy and support you in a successful life existence. These can then be adopted and used in your own home.
